Sembra che sia diventato stressante e imbarazzante per tutti questo mio voler fotografare ogni piatto a tavola!
Armata di iphone, seguo una procedura semplicissima: tutte le portate passano prima da me, scatto due o tre foto a piatto e lo passo al legittimo proprietario ... una catena di montaggio perfetta!
Certo, all'inizio i camerieri sono un pò destabilizzati, non capiscono, poi, finalmente, quando realizzano che sono pazza, da buona regola mi assecondano! :)
La tecnica vuole che io non debba impiegarci più di 30 secondi a piatto per scattare le foto altrimenti:
Ma non solo ... spesso arrivo a suggerire in maniera subdola cosa devono ordinare tutti pur di avere più soggetti da FOTOGRAFARE e ASSAGGIARE! Imbarazzante. Davvero!

Armed with iphone, I follow a simple procedure: all courses pass before me, I take two or three photos of the plate and then I pass it to its rightful owner ... a perfect assembly line!
Of course, at the beginning, waiters are a bit destabilized, do not understand, then, finally, when they realize that I'm crazy, as a good rule they nourish me! :)
