Conosciuto un paio di anni fa grazie ad una amica, Perbacco è uno dei ristoranti tipici dove mi piace andare a cena quando torno in puglia ed ho voglia di gustare un pò di sapori locali.
Un ambiente semplice con una cucina genuina che propone piatti tipici del territorio barese spesso accompagnati da un tocco personale per me sempre "azzeccatissimo".
La carta dei vini è estremamente varia e spazia da noti vini nazionali a proposte locali davvero valide che includono diverse etichette di primitivo e negroamaro.
L'ospitalità e la cordialità sono tipiche di questo "ristorante-vineria", per cui, sia che si tratti di un piatto o di un vino, chiedete e lasciatevi consigliare. Lo dico per esperienza, quando si tratta di bere o di mangiare, per un barese sarà sempre un piacere consigliare.

like to go for dinner when I get back in Puglia
A simple
environment with a genuine cuisine offering typical regional dishes of Bari
The wine
list is extremely varied, ranging from well-known Italian wines to local
proposals that include valid and different labels of primitive and Negroamaro.
The
hospitality and friendliness are typical
of this "restaurant-wine bar", so, whether it be a plate or a wine,
ask and let them advise you. I say this from experience, when it comes to
drinking or eating for a person from Bari
