Cena da BOA Steakhouse a Santa Monica

Estate, sabato sera, ore undici a Santa Monica. Non avevo prenotato alcun ristorante (questo non è da me) ed era pieno dappertutto! Diciamo che se la situazione non fosse stata così disperata, forse non sarei mai capitata al BOA. 
Troppo "fashion - americano" per i miei gusti. Bello per un drink ma credo che di norma non sarei mai entrata per cena ... e avrei commesso uno sbaglio!

Impeccabile il servizio, davvero buona la cucina. Filetto tenerissimo, pesce cucinato alla perfezione e dolci squisiti. Se a tutto questo aggiungiamo l'ottima compagnia, un buon vino ed un'atmosfera piacevole, direi che la serata è stata perfetta.

Summer Saturday night, eleven o'clock in Santa Monica. I had not booked any restaurant (this is not by me) and it was full everywhere! Let's say that if the situation was not so desperate, because I might not ever arrived to BOA.

Too " American - fashion" for my taste. Nice for a drink but I think I would never normally entered for dinner ... and I would have made ​​a mistake!

Impeccable service, really good cooking. Tender fillet, fish cooked to perfection and delicious desserts. If we add to this the good company, good wine and a pleasant atmosphere, I would say that the evening was perfect.
