Torniamo a parlare di Madrid!
Più precisamente parliamo della Taberna Laredo! Ci ho messo un pò a prenotare questo buon ristorante.....sempre pieno! Ma alla fine ce l’ho fatta. A cena eravamo in 6...tutti i italiani e dunque, particolarmente esigenti ma devo dire che è stata davvero un’ottima scelta, la Taverna Laredo ha soddisfatto tutti!
Piacevole atmosfera, ambiente molto carino e moderno, ottimo vino, ottima cucina.
Abbiamo cominciato con un piatto di Jamon(il tipico prosciutto spagnolo) accompagnato da pane olio e pomodoro (dicono che smorzi un pochino il forte sapore di questo eccezionale prosciutto...in spagna si mangia così) e a seguire tipiche portate di pesce. Si, lo so, la combinazione carne e pesce non è prioprio la migliore ma....in Spagna è difficile rinunciare all’jamon. Fantastico!
Comunque, ottimo anche il carpaccio di tonno rosso e la frittura di verdure, le alici marinate e i calamari. Abbiamo “compartido tutto” come si direbbe in Spagna, ovvero abbiamo condiviso la cena spizzicando un pò da tutti i piatti. E per concludere due buonissimi tortini di cioccolata e uno di mele.
Questa taverna mi è piaciuta....molto! Se non fosse così difficile prenotare (davvero è sempre sempre piena) ci tornerei prestissimo.

Let's talk about Madrid !
More precisely, let's talk about Taberna Laredo! It took me a while to book this good restaurant ..... always full! But in the end I did it . At dinner we were in 6 ... all Italian and therefore particularly demanding but I have to say it was a really good choice , the Tavern Laredo satisfied all of us!
Pleasant atmosphere , very nice and modern environment , great wine , great food.
We started with a plate of Jamon (the typical Spanish ham ), accompanied by bread, olive oil and tomatoes (they say it dampens a bit the strong flavour of this exceptional ham ... in Spain they eat in this way ) and the typical fish dishes followed.
Yes, I know , the combination of meat and fish is not the best but .... in Spain it is difficult to give up jamon . It’s Fantastic!
However, even the great red tuna carpaccio and fried vegetables, marinated anchovies and squids were very good. We have " compartido all " as they say in Spain , which means we shared dinner, nibbling a little from all the dishes . And to conclude two delicious chocolate and apple pies.
This tavern .... I liked it very much! If it were not so difficult to book ( really it is always full ) I should be there again soon.
