Salone del Mobile 2014: Good Food in Good Design e Gourmet Mobile

Dall’ 8 al 13 aprile riparte puntuale la settimana del “Salone del Mobile” di Milano e con essa tutta una serie di eventi legati al fuori salone.

Un appuntamento immancabile è quello del binomio “design – food”, già lanciato con grande successo lo scorso anno e promosso anche per il 2014. Per cui golosi e non, armatevi di carta e penna (anzi, nel mondo tecnologico direi armatevi di smartphone) e segnatevi gli appuntamenti più cool!

Gli eventi più gettonati sono sicuramente “Good Food in Good Design” e “Gourmet Mobile” organizzati dall’Associazione Maestro Martino di Carlo Cracco che con questo progetto si propone di promuovere la “Cucina d’Autore” legata al territorio lombardo ai visitatori italiani e stranieri che animeranno la città nella settimana della Design Week.
Good Food in Good Design viene allestita all’interno di alberghi cinque stelle lusso dove, ogni giorno, all’ora dell’aperitivo, al costo di 20€ si potrà degustare un calice di “Satèn 2009 Vintage Collection Ca’ del Bosco” accompagnato dalle proposte di appetizer realizzate dai grandi chef degli alberghi più prestigiosi di Milano: l’ Hotel Boscolo, il Bulgari Hotel, l’ Hotel Château Monfort, il Four Seasons, Palazzo Parigi, Hotel & Grand Spa, The Westin Palace, l’Hotel Magna Pars Suites Milano e l’ Hotel Principe di Savoia.

Gourmet Mobile, invece, è la versione outdoor di questa Gourmet Experience focalizzata sullo “street food d’autore”. A partire dal 9 aprile, per tutto il giorno in Piazza Affari, proprio nel cuore della milano finanziaria, saranno proposti i “panini gourmand” ideati, sempre da chef selezionati dall’ Associazione Maestro Martino.

Una Milano già nota al mondo come capitale della moda e del design sta accrescendo la propria popolarità anche nel food grazie al prezioso lavoro e contributo di grandi chef che aspirano con passione ad una cucina sempre più ricercata, innovativa che punta sui prodotti di eccellenza del nostro territorio....insomma, una “Cucina d’Autore”.

From 8 to 13 April starts on time as every year the week of the "Salone del Mobile" in Milan and with it a whole series of events linked to the “Fuori Salone” .

One of the major event is the benomial of " design - food" , already successfully launched last year and also promoted for 2014. So, greedy people and not, arm yourself with pen and paper (rather, I would say in the tech world arm yourself with smartphone ) and take note of the coolest appointments!

The most popular events are definitely "Good Food at Good Design" and " Gourmet Mobile" organized by "Maestro Martino Association" founded by Carlo Cracco that with this project aims to promote the " Cuisine of Author" linked to the region of Lombardy to the Italian and foreign visitors that will liven the city during the Design Week.

Good Food for Good Design is prepared in  five star luxury hotels where , every day, during happy hour time, at a cost of 20€ you can enjoy a glass of " Satèn 2009 Vintage Collection Ca ' del Bosco " accompanied by appetizer proposals made ​​by great chefs of the most prestigious hotels in Milan : the ' Boscolo , the Bulgari Hotel, the ' Château Monfort Hotel , the Four Seasons, Paris Palace, Grand Hotel & Spa, the Westin Palace, Hotel Magna Pars Suites Milan and the Principe di Savoia Hotel.

Gourmet Mobile, instead, is the outdoor version of this Gourmet Experience focused on "street food of authorship." Starting from April 9, all day in Piazza Affari, right in the heart of milan financial district, will be offered the " gourmet sandwiches " designed by chefs also selected by 'Association Maestro Martino .

Milan already known to the world as the capital of fashion and design is increasing its popularity even in food thanks to the valuable work and contribution of aspiring chefs with a passion for cooking more and more sophisticated , innovative products that focuses on excellence of our territory .... In short , a " Cuisine of Author" .
