Con un pò di ritardo, torno al mio week end Madrileno!
Ho gustato una piacevole cena in compagnia del marito e di una amica al ristornate "In Situ": semplice, carino, caratterizzato da una cucina internazionale e sfiziosa.
Se si vuole staccare un pò dalla tipica cucina spagnola e mangiare qualcosa di più leggero, In Situ è perfetto.
Si trova nel cuore del Barrio Malasana ed è ideale per una cenetta informale tra amici seguita da una birretta in uno dei tanti bar della zona.
Io ho mangiato della buona "ceviche" (pesce crudo marinato con spezie) come antipasto e poi la tartare di manzo. Si lo so, una brutalità, prima pesce e poi carne ma adoro le pietanze crude (in effetti sono un pò primitiva) e quando ho visto pesce marinato e tartare...non ho saputo resistere!
Che dire di più? Personale gentile, clientela giovane e costo davvero contenuto (se non ricordo male, 27 euro a persona)!

With a bit of delay, I come back to my weekend in Madrid
I enjoyed a nice dinner with my husband and a friend of mine at the restaurant "In Situ" simple,
cute, international and tasty cuisine.
If you want to get away from the typical Spanish cuisine and eat
something lighter, Situ is perfect.
It is located in the heart of Barrio Malasaña and is ideal for a
casual dinner with friends followed by a beer in one of the many bars in the
area.
I ate good "ceviche" (raw fish marinated in spices) as an
appetizer and then the beef tartare. I know, it’s a brutality, first fish and
then meat but I love uncooked food (in fact I'm a bit primitive) and when I saw
marinated fish and tartare ... I could
not resist!
What can I say more? Friendly atmosphere, young customers and low cost (if I remember correctly, 27 euros per person)!
