Alle Seychelles, cena romantica al Cafè des Arts

Sono stata a Praslin a giugno del 2011. L'isola pullula di bellissimi alberghi e quasi tutti i turisti optano per la formula "pensione completa" per cui non è semplicissimo trovare buoni ristoranti. 

Confesso di aver cercato e provato diversi localini,  ma solo il Cafè des Arts mi ha davvero colpita. 
La cena è stata semplicemente perfetta.
Tavolo fronte mare, le candele, le palme, la brezza marina, musica di sottofondo, piatti squisiti e magnificamente presentati, il tutto completato da un ottimo vino e da uno staff che ci ha coccolati per tutto il tempo. 
Sicuramente più costoso della media, ma assolutamente da non perdere, soprattutto se si vuole festeggiare sull'isola un' occasione speciale.

I've been to Praslin in June 2011. The island is full of beautiful hotels and almost all tourists opt for the formula "full board" so it is not easy to find good restaurants.

I confess that I have tried and tried several cafes, but only the Cafe des Arts has really impressed me.

The dinner was just perfect. Table facing the sea, candles, palms, sea breezes, soft music, delicious food, beautifully presented, complemented by an excellent wine and a staff that has pampered me all the time.

Definitely more expensive than average, but definitely not to be missed, especially if you want to celebrate on the island a 'special occasion.
