Vingt Vins D'Art, deliziosa enoteca parigina

 

Appena rientrata da Parigi e già desiderosa di postare i ristorantini e i bar che mi hanno conquistata in questo bellissimo e lungo week end. Devo dire che LovEat è nato come un passatempo, come un modo per organizzare meglio una mia passione e pian piano sta diventando parte della mia quotidianità.  Mi diverte, mi rilassa , mi piace starci dietro!

Ma senza troppe distrazioni mi rifocalizzo subito su Parigi e il primo post francese lo dedico a questa piccola vineria che da poco ha aperto nel delizioso e centralissimo quartiere del Marais. Carina, accogliente, frequentata da giovani e, soprattutto, dotata di buone etichette di vini francesi (a prezzi decisamente più contenuti rispetto ad altri locali della città) e di una ottima cucina.

Scoperta grazie ad una coppia di amici che vive a Paris, lui francese, lei pugliese (e fate attenzione, ho appositamente scritto "pugliese" invece che "italiana" proprio per rafforzare il concetto di "affidabilità" della mia amica sugli aspetti culinari ;)  ) devo dire che è stata una tappa perfetta per un aperitivo pre cena. 

Abbiamo sorseggiato dell'ottimo bordeaux accompagnato da un tagliere di salumi e formaggi (spazzolato in meno di 5 minuti), tartare e da due ottime quiche, una al salmone e l'altra ai funghi. Si, certo, può sembrare tanto per un aperitivo ma...eravamo in 6 e tutte buone forchette!

Che dire di più?! Ah, giusto, Vingt Vins D'Art è sia vineria con cucina ma anche uno spazio espositivo per eventi artistici ... fa molto Paris!  :)

Just back from Paris and already eager to post the restaurants and bars that suitably impressed me in this beautiful and long weekend.

 I must say that LovEat  started as a hobby, as a way to better organize my passion and is slowly becoming part of my everyday life. It amuses me, it relaxes me, I like to keep it up!
But without too many distractions I immediately focus on Paris and the French top place is dedicated to this little wine bar that has recently been  opened in the charming and central district of the Marais. Cute, cozy, full of young people and, above all, with good French wine labels (at prices far lower than other clubs in the city) and a very good food.
Discovered thanks to a couple of friends living in Paris, he’s French, she’s from Puglia (and be careful, I specifically wrote "Puglia" instead of "Italian" just to reinforce the concept of "reliability" of my friend on the culinary aspects;)  I have to say it was the perfect stopover for a pre dinner drink.
We sipped the excellent bordeaux accompanied by a  meat and cheeseboard ( we have brushed it in less than 5 minutes), tartare and two excellent  salmon  and  mushrooms quiches. Yeah, sure, it may seem like a lot for a drink ... but we were 6 and all food lovers!
What can I say more! Oh, right, Vingt Vins D'Art is both a wine bar, a restaurant as well as an exhibition space for art events ... it makes you enjoy the real Paris! )
