Ok, qualcuno potrebbe pensare che visto che ho la fissa del total white (oramai continuo a scriverlo) Harina mi piace per questo! Malfidenti! Non è assolutamente così!
Certo, lo stile legno sbiancato....insomma "white" aiuta, ma non è solo questo! :)
E poi ci sono qua è la tocchi di colore dati dalla frutta dai dolci...
C'è anche la bicicletta! Non so perchè nei locali madrileni che mi piacciono spesso c'è la bicicletta come elemento di arredo! Mah...
Ok ok, provo ad essere seri! Mi piace il concept. Una vera "bakery" , un ambiente semplice e carino per comprare del buon pane (preparato da loro) buoni e bei dolci (vi assicuro che fatico a trovare buone pasticcerie a Madrid), carino per la colazione o un pranzetto veloce e light o anche per un brunch.
Io ci sono stata proprio per un brunch domenicale e devo dire che mi è piaciuto. Insalata leggera e saporita, centrifuga di verdure varie, buon pane...insomma brunch sano e genuino! Sono a posto con la coscienza! :)
Harina è in Plaza de la Independencia (io sono stata proprio qui) ma c'è ne una più piccolina in zona Fuencarral e credo anche dei corner in un paio di Corte Ingles.
Io, naturalmente, vi segnalo quella in Plaza de la Independencia ... le altre non le ho ancora provate! Ma chissà...

Ok, someone might think that because I like the "total white style" (I confess this in every post) I like Harina for that! Untrusting! It is not so!
Of course, the bleached wood style .... in short, "white" helps, but that's not all! :)
And then there are touches of colour: coloured sweets, fruit ...There is also a bike! I do not know why but in the places that I like in Madrid there is often a bicycle as a piece of furniture! Who knows!
Ok ok, I’ll try to be serious! I like the "concept". A real "bakery", a simple and nice place to buy some good bread (made by themselves) good and beautiful cakes (I assure you that I struggle to find good patisserie in Madrid), nice for breakfast or for a quick and light lunch or for brunch.
I have been there just for a Sunday brunch and I must say I liked it. Light and tasty salad, fruit & vegetable shakes, good bread and brunch ... so healthy and natural! Perfect for my consciousness! :)
Harina is located in Plaza de la Independencia (I was there for my brunch), but you can find another one in Fuencarral and you can find also an Harina corner in a couple of "Corte Ingles".
Of course, my post is related to the Plaza de la Independencia location ... I haven’t tried the others "Harina" in Madrid..yet…. but who knows ... next months....
