Da Mosè, a Celle Ligure, una cenetta tutta a base di pesce.

Finalmente l’estate!!!
Non ne potevo più! E’ la prima volta nella mia vita che, a luglio non ho ancora fatto un bagno!
Certo sono stata a Fuerteventura (e i post su http://lov-eat.blogspot.it/search/label/Fuerteventura lo testimoniano) ma niente bagno! Mare bellissimo ma acqua freddissima...diciamo che non ho avuto il coraggio di tuffarmi.

Comunque, l’ultimo we l’ho trascorso in liguria, precisamente a Celle Ligure, per cui direi che cominciamo la stagione estiva con un post tutto ligure. Mosè è un ristorante noto in paese, si mangia molto bene ed il fatto che sia sempre pieno è una garanzia di assoluta qualità.
Confesso di non esserci stata proprio questo week end ma più volte in passato di cui l’ultima volta a settembre. Ho scattato tante foto ma ho aspettato la stagione estiva per segnalarvi questo ristorante....mi sebrava che potesse essere più utile aspettare piuttosto che postarlo con l’arrivo dell’autunno, no?
Ad ogni modo quando ci sono stata non importa, quel che conta è che sia ancora noto per la sua cucina e questo ve lo confermo! J
Noi abbiamo provato diversi piatti, rigorosamente di pesce e ricordo che i moscardini al sugo erano fantastici così come anche le trofie allo scoglio, ricchissime di frutti di mare, buono pure il pesce al forno e delizioso il dolce di meringa e cioccolato caldo....una goduria.
Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e cordiale, si vede che ha la passione per il suo ristorante ma, se devo essere sincera fino in fondo, la mamma (che credo si occupi più della cucina) ha quello che viene definito, non proprio affettuosamente, il “carattere ligure”! J

Un suggerimento, se volte cenare da Mosè nel week end, provate a prenotare con qualche giorno di anticipo, altrimenti rischiate di non trovare posto!

Finally summer! I'd had enough! It 's the first time in my life that, in July I have not had a bath, yet!  Of course I have been to Fuerteventura (and the posts on http://lov-eat.blogspot.it/search/label/Fuerteventura  testify it) but no bath! Beautiful sea and very ice-cold water ... let's say that I did not have the courage to dive. However, I spent the last we in Liguria, specifically in Celle Ligure, so I would say that we can begin the holiday season with a typical of Liguria post. 
"Mosè" is a well-known restaurant in the country, food is very good and the fact that it is always full is a guarantee of absolute quality. I confess I was not there last weekend, but several times in the past, the last one in September. I took many photos but I waited for the summer season to report this restaurant .... I thought it might be more useful to wait rather than to post it with the arrival of autumn, right? 
However it does not matter when I was there, what matters is that it is still known for its cuisine and this post now can confirm it! :)
We tried several dishes, strictly fish and I remember that moscardini with sauce were fantastic as well as "trofie pasta" with seafood, very rich in seafood, also good the baked fish and delicious was the sweet with meringue and hot chocolate ... . a pleasure!.

The owner is very kind and friendly, with the passion for his restaurant, but I'm honest to the end, his mother (who I think takes more care of the kitchen) has what is called, not quite affectionately , the "Ligurian character"! :)

A tip, if you want to dine by "Mosè" during week end, try to book a few days in advance, otherwise you could not find a place!
