Al prossimo post!

I had never posted anything about Chinese restaurants!
You may wonder why! Simple, I'm not a lover of the classic Chinese cuisine.
I like it, I find it good but a little heavy for me. And then, in the past, I would say when I was very, very young, in Philadelphia I met and lived with a Chinese girl who often made dinner and it was always very good but very different from what you tried in the typical restaurants around the world. Her cooking was lighter and varied .... absolutely not fried and touristic. I remember that it was she who taught me how to make good use of chopsticks. She forced me to eat all the grains of rice ... yes, just with chopsticks! She said than leaving just one was not respectful of the poor peasants who had cultivated it! A little masochistic workout So does "Mila Hazuki" hours and hours to get balls in the face to improve her volleyball reception and for me hours and hours to finish a bowl of rice!
Similarities aside, I must say that back from the States I have no longer entered a Chinese restaurant, until a couple of years ago when a friend in Milan let me try the Mandarin 2. I was suspicious, but in the end, I trusted on her and I was right! The Mandarin is a very known restaurant and in addition it has an excellent quality/price ratio, the combination of the two causes it is always full, every day of the week. If you want to give a jump, you have to book well in advance and my suggestion is to book a table upstairs (more cute and airy).
Anyway, I really like it because it is an "easy" place, good food and very varied .... there
I've never ordered the classic Chinese restaurant dishes, such as chicken with almonds or bamboo, but I prefer more delicious things and mostly based on fish, such as turbot with bamboo, or spicy chili shrimp, shrimp curry or the delicious noodles shangai. Unforgettable are the appetizers of meat ravioli topped with a special sauce made by Antonella, the hostess (you'll have to ask her directly to flavour them at the table). I have the recipe for her sauce but I promised not to spread it around, so you will not find it here on the blog! ;)

What you said made a bunch of sense. But, what about this?
RispondiEliminawhat if you wrote a catchier post title? I ain't saying your content is not solid., however suppose you added something
that grabbed a person's attention? I mean "Io non amo il cinese! Ma il Mandarin 2 SI!" is a little plain. You ought to
peek at Yahoo's home page and see how they create news headlines to grab
people interested. You might add a related video
or a picture or two to get people excited about everything've written. In my opinion, it would bring your
website a little livelier.
