Da sud a nord!
Come in primavera, questo è periodo un pò particolare!!!! Troppo freddo per il mare, troppo caldo per le sciate....i week end si passano in città....poca voglia di cucinare, tanta voglia di stare ancora in giro e vedere amici prima che arrivi il grande freddo!
Per cui: Brunch...pranzetti domenicali, posti carini.
Ve ne segnalo uno ben noto: “un posto a milano”, ovvero l’ex cascina Cuccagna.
Ci sono stata questa primavera in una spendida giornata di sole e devo dire che mi è piaciuto molto. Carina l’atmsfera, easy......piena di giovani, di bimbi che scorrazzano nel prato...festosa. Non sembra di essere a Milano.
E la cucina devo dire proprio buona.
Lo chef Nicola Cavallaro traduce in uno stesso piatto semplicità, genuinità e gusto! Noi abbiamo provato diverse cose sfiziose, galletto, antipastini vari, tagliere di formaggi, tartare.....tutto buono. Inclusi i dolci....bunissimi. Si dice che la pizza dello chef sia una delle più buone di Milano....è fatta con lievito naturale...confesso che non l’ho provata ma mi incuriosice molto.
Attenzione! Un posto a Milano non è solo pranzo! E’ anche spazio espositivo, si può soggiornare (credo abbiamo una quindicina di piccole stanze), si può cenare o fare un aperitivo...o anche semplicemente passare e fermarsi pochi minuti per rilassarsi con un buon bicchiere di vino.

As in the spring, this period is a bit special !!!! Too cold for the beach, too hot for skiing .... you spend the weekend in the city .... little willingness to cook and a great desire to be still around and see friends before winter starts!
So: Sunday Brunch ... lunches, nice places.
Let me point out one worth mentioning , a well-known one: " Un posto a Milano (a place in Milan)", ie the ex "Cascina Cuccagna".
I was there this spring in a wonderful sunny day and I must say that I really liked it.
Nice atmosphere, easy going ...... full of young people and children running around in the grass ... delightful. It does not seem to be in Milan.
And the kitchen I have to say its good.
Chef Nicola Cavallaro translates simplicity, authenticity and taste into the same pot! We tried several delicious dishes, cockerel, various appetizers, cheese platter, tartare ..... all good. Including the desert ....excellent. It is said that the pizza chef is one of the best in Milan .... the pizza is made with sourdough ... I confess I did not try it but I'm very curious.
Attention! A place in Milan is not just for lunch! It 'also an exhibition space, you can stay (I think we have a dozen small rooms), you can dine or have a drink ... or even just spend a few minutes to stop and relax with a glass of wine.
I plan to go back next Sunday for another dinner with friends .... yes... I would say that it is perfect before entering the dead of winter in Milan!
