Cena a base di coccole bohemien da I Sapory di Giovy a Milano

 

I Sapori di Giovy è una scoperta di una amica. Abita lì vicino, ha notato il ristorante (aperto da poco più di un anno), le è piaciuto, l’ha provato e…praticamente si è fatta adottare! Si perché Gimmi (il proprietario) ormai le prepara la cena una sera si ed una no e, alla fine, ha adottato un po’ anche tutte noi amiche che, quando abbiamo bisogno di coccole, ci fiondiamo da lui. 
Entrando noterete subito una particolare attenzione alla cura dei dettagli, tavoli sempre decorati con fiori freschi e con un gusto impeccabile, servizi di piatti antichi, deliziosi bicchieri … l’atmosfera è un po’ bohemien, molto molto carina! Ma ciò che colpisce è l’attenzione ed il tempo che Gimmi dedica ai suoi ospiti: li accoglie, li consiglia, li intrattiene, li coccola. 
Il menù, varia spesso e contempla sia cucina che pizza. Devo dire che io sono abbastanza esigente quando si tratta di pizza e preferisco la versione alla romana (sottolissima) ma quella de I Sapori di Giovy mi è piaciuta molto: soffice, croccante ai bordi, leggera (viene preparata con la farina di kamut) e con tocchi di personalizzazione del pizzaiolo che le danno un sapore e una caratterizzazione particolare. Se volete provarla potete ordinarla come assaggino tra gli antipasti. 
Anche tutti gli altri piatti, sia portate di pesce che di carne, sono preparati con cura, con ingredienti assolutamente genuini e con una attenzione particolare alla presentazione.

I dolci, poi,  tanti, buonissimi e rigorosamente preparati in casa, una delizia per gli occhi e per il palato. Ho sempre difficoltà a scegliere...li assaggerei tutti! 

Continuerei a scrivere e descrivere minuziosamente questo amatissimo ristorantino ma, mi rendo conto di essere stata già troppo prolissa, forse l'ultimo prezioso suggerimento che posso darvi è di provarlo e di godervi una "deliziosa cena a base di coccole".

The "I Sapori di Giovy" is a discovery of one of my friends who lives nearby. She noticed the restaurant (open from over a year), she liked it, tested it and ... she got practically ​​ adopted! Yes, because Gimmi ( the owner) now prepares dinner for her one evening and one not, and in the end he adopted also all of us, her friends, because when we need being pampered, we shelter at him. 
On entering you will immediately notice a special attention to the care of details, tables always decorated with fresh flowers and with an impeccable taste, ancient dinner services, delicious glasses ... the atmosphere is a bit "bohmien", very very cute! But what is striking is the attention and the time Gimmi devotes to his guests: he welcomes them, advises them, entertains them, cuddles them. 

The menu often changes and includes both kitchen and pizza. 
I must say that I am quite exacting in the case of pizza and I prefer the Roman version ( very thin) but I like very much the one of the "I Sapori di Giovy": soft, crispy at the edges, light ( it is made with kamut flour) and with the pizza chef’s personal touches that give it a flavour and a particular characterization. If you want to try it, you can order it as a little taste among the starters. 
All the other dishes (both fish and meat dishes) are carefully prepared with genuine ingredients and with a very special attention to the presentation. 
Do not believe me? Take a look at the 1000 photos I took and posted! :) The desserts, then, many and sundry, delicious and always cooked at home! , a delight for the eyes and for the palate. I always have a hard time choosing …I’d rather taste them all! 
I should still continue to write and describe minutely this beloved restaurant, but I realize that I have already been too wordy, perhaps the last valuable tip I can give you is to try and enjoy a delicious dinner based on pampering.
